These terms apply to all users, clients, healthcare providers, visitors, and any other parties accessing or interacting with our services, whether directly or indirectly, in any form.
EdgeIt Care is a company under its parent brand EdgeIt, which is a registered S&F LLC company. All names, logos, marks, trade names, trademarks, service marks, designs, graphics, content, and related branding, including but not limited to Care™, Care, EdgeIt Care, and associated symbols, are the exclusive property of EdgeIt, EdgeIt Care, or their respective affiliates, licensors, and subsidiaries. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or display of any such property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.
EdgeIt Care provides medical billing, coding, revenue cycle management, credentialing, patient support, and related administrative services, including but not limited to consulting, audits, claim management, reporting, and analytics. All services are provided subject to these Terms and applicable agreements. EdgeIt Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
You represent and warrant that you are a licensed healthcare provider, authorized representative, or other legal entity eligible to use our services. You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. EdgeIt Care reserves the right to deny access, suspend, or terminate accounts if eligibility requirements are not met.
Fees, charges, and payments for services shall be due in accordance with written agreements, contracts, or service packages. All payments must be made in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest, fees, or suspension of services. EdgeIt Care reserves the right to adjust pricing, fees, or service terms, including but not limited to hourly rates, per-claim fees, or contractual arrangements, with notice provided to the client.
EdgeIt Care collects, stores, processes, and uses data to provide services, improve operations, and comply with legal obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, provider information, non-identifiable patient billing data, communication preferences, device information, and website usage metrics. All data is handled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA, and other federal or state privacy requirements. By using our services, you consent to such data collection and use.
You agree not to, and will not permit others to: access or use services for unlawful purposes; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent service security; reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any part of services without permission; or access or use data or content you are not authorized to access. These restrictions apply to all actions, including but not limited to manual, automated, or robotic methods.
All content, materials, designs, text, graphics, logos, marks, and other intellectual property available through EdgeIt Care are owned by EdgeIt, EdgeIt Care, or their affiliates, licensors, or subsidiaries. Use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or display of any such property without express written permission is prohibited, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrighted content, designs, and software.
EdgeIt Care, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to use or inability to use services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theory. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EdgeIt Care, EdgeIt, and their affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
EdgeIt Care may suspend or terminate your access or services for violations of these Terms, legal compliance requirements, or any other reason deemed necessary at its sole discretion. Termination shall not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination. You may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in service agreements.
EdgeIt Care reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of federal and state courts located within the applicable state for resolution of any disputes.
